At All Men's Rings, we want to make sure that you're absolutely satisfied with your ring purchase by offering a hassle-free return/exchange policy. We promise to refund or exchange any ring we sell within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked (please see instructions and conditions for returns/exchanges below). We also guarantee all of our rings to be free of defect for one year from the purchase date. Any defects that are the result of improper care or maintenance are not covered by the guarantee. Returns/Exchanges - We are happy to offer a full refund for any purchase made with no questions asked up to 30 days from the delivery date. The only exception is if the ring has a custom engraving, which makes it non-returnable. Please include in the original packaging: 1) A copy of the invoice that includes the order number, name, and address, 2) The ring and a note explaining the reason for the return or instructions for the exchange, and 3) A check or money order for the amount of 10% of the original purchase price as a restocking fee. The above must be included for the return or exchange to be valid and take effect. Also, please observe the following conditions that must be met. Conditions - The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of their purchase unless an error was made by AllMensRings.com or there is a defect in the ring. We highly recommend selecting shipping options that includes insurance and an order-tracking number as any lost shipment or damaged shipment is the responsibility of the customer and claims must be filed with the shipper. The ring being returned/exchanged must be in new condition (i.e. if a ring has been scratched or worn, it must be polished and cleaned back to its original condition to be acceptable). Rings must be shipped in a secure package to protect against damage or theft. Lifetime Warranty - We believe our rings look good anywhere, but they look best on your finger. So we promise to do everything we can to help you enjoy them for a lifetime. If your finger size ever changes during the life of your ring, we'll size it free of charge. Even if you just notice that your ring looks worn or could use some refurbishing, just send it in! We'll make it just like new. It's important to note that some rings, such as some mixed metal bands cannot be sized, so they will be replaced, free of charge. If you don't want your ring replaced because of sentimental reasons, please check with our customer service department to make sure that your band can be sized before sending it in.
